Slang term for being really out-of-it; caused by being overly tired, stoned, hungover, or just generally spaced-out, etc.

Person 1: "Wait, what time did you say he was coming over again? I keep forgetting..."

Person 2: "Wow, I've told you like three times.... Cactus!"

Person 1: "Haha, yeah- I'm mad cactus."

A person who is prone to doing things incorrectly. Reading is the dyslexic pol's vice (among others).

*As a car passes by a restaurant called "DJ's Fish Fry"*

Olivia: "Hey you guys- let's go to JD's Fish!!"

Non-dyslexic pol: "Fa rurl rurl? You crazy!"

Person 3: "She isn't crazy, Olivia is a dyslexic pol."
