He was a nice kind man, Unfortunately he has died due to his age... He is the maker of Avangers and some other movies. He has been in the hall of fame for a while now. We all love Stan Lee

Max: “Have you heard of what happened to Stan Lee a week ago?”
Jack: “No what happened?”
Max: “He passed away”
Jack “ Dang he was a super cool guy I’ve seen him before.”
