the feeling of instant memory loss you get when your half-way through a high and you cant remember anything that happened previous to that moment.

mid conversation:

friend: haha yeah that show is pretty funny.
you: yeah lol...........(cough)what have we been doing for the last hour and a half?
friend: i dont know... damn dude that was some hardcore memory block.
