How many times you have to beat the birthday boys meat determining how old they are. For example, Josh turned 24 years old today, so someone could beat his meat 24 times during that day.

Luke: “Yo Javier, did you see Josh turned 24 today?”
Javier: “Shit, imma give him a birthday meatdown”
