Slow Nigga Syndrome

Usually involving one member in a group. When something is said or done and there is that ONE friend in the group who is the last one to get it. Usually the last one to get it is the same person every single time. Does not exclude one race this syndrome is contagious through all races.

Friend A " 9+10 is 21" *everybody laughs* Friend B" But bro 9+10 isn't 21 it's 19 " Friend A "yo that's the joke remember that vine" Friend B "OH RIGHT" Friend B suffers from Slow Nigga Syndrome.
