An entire designated area where everyone are ghetto, hoodlums, hoodrats, full of slang, sarcasm, crime, violent or sexual, filled with garbage, looters, thieves, criminals, drug users, makers, sellers, lawlessness, and being successful is a back stabbing profession.

Did you hear that because of the lack of a highway department, holes in the roads, graffiti and obscenely high abortion requests that Illinois earned a statehood status?
