FUGLY. Description. When you see a person who is so ugly they are FUGLY. Beyond ugly mostly due to their inner character.
Short for Fucking Ugly.
Also can be a descriptor for outward appearance more likely due to their bad dress sense and overall appearance. In combination with their character.
