Shorthand for the three key Rust Belt/Upper Midwest states of Wisconsin (WI), Michigan (M), and Pennsylvania (PA) that have decided a multitude of Presidential Elections from 2008 to 2020.
Most notably, the three states are much more white demographically than the country as a whole.
