A dull, lame type of person who literally whines about how he did anything good, like, who the fuck cares? As expectations, he is still a very caring and lovely person and an ideal friend to have (sometimes). It is scientifically proven that a Tony usually will get you in fights but later sorry you by buying you ice cream. What a pussy, I mean still he bought you ice cream, didn't he? As once in your life, everyone should have experience a Tony in their life.
