Some one who goes to a prep school. Seriously people. It's not about your hair or your clothes or your attitude. If you go to private school u are a prep. If you go to public school, you aren't. THAT'S WHAT IT MEANS. Think up a better word for someone who shops in certain stores.

PREP: Oh look I got in to Choate Rosemary Hall. I'll board there then apply to all the Ivies.
