A person who is very smart but also is awfully stupid. Is used as an insult to another.
A Kenzy has a limited use of their braincells.

Person A: The answer to 174 x 30 is 5220
Person B: Oh, alright then. What's the square route of 4?
Person A: I don't fucking know

Person B: You fucking Kenzy
