LPES acronym stands for Low Performing English Speakers. LPES students are students who are not new to the country or are learning a second language. LPES students performance rates are so low that they could be grouped with LTELs.

Superman Jap Slap is when you perform the martial arts move of the “Superman Punch” but instead of punching, you slap your opponent with an open palm moving in a downward diagonal motion right-to-left (for right handers).
