A gender-neutral term used to describe pedophile, somone who belongs in prison, i.e. someone is attracted to children.

Person A: "Yo dude, that young girl other there is hot."
Person B: "That's kinda sus bro, are you a Kodocon?"
Person C: "Both of you belong in prison."
