Glitch

A person who is dangerously out of a norm, and a "glitch" to society. This can be applied to individuals who are pedophiles, rapists, or there to just cause trouble.

"Dude, you saw what he was doing at the party last night right?"

"Yea, he was hitting on those underage girls. What a glitch."
