(Sudden Onset Poo Syndrome)

The feeling of one minute being totally fine, and the next needing to shit like there's no tomorrow. Can be for a log, or a squirt - it doesn't discriminate.

" I was at the movies yesterday and all of a sudden was assaulted by SOPS. Lucky I made it to the toilet!"
