Noa

The Maori, indigenious people of Aotearoa/New Zealand, speak of a "NOA" as being a positive freedom from restriction. In its essence, 'noa', is a force free of restriction...that which does not inhibit.

A positive energy exists between people who are open to accepting one another without pretence and thus they experience a positive noa facilitating growth and expansion. For example, "Give me the noa to grow and explore". Another example, "Danielle and Sherry share a mutual exchange of noa in their friendship"
