The Male equivalent of a basic bitch. Usually a loser with an undeserved arrogance. He cares only about himself and considers others to have no emotions. Therefore, he will have no problem treating you like an object as opposed to a human being. Manipulates emotions for physical payoff. Most of the time dirty, broke, and unattractive; without any acknowledgement of it.

He was such a fuck boi. He hit me up one night with a "wyd" but then got his phone disconnected the next so I couldn't even reply to tell him to fuck off.
