nose period

a completely random, yet massive nosebleed. Usually happens every once in a while to some people. Not as often as a period but maybe once every two months or so.

Person 1: Dude, why the hell do you have tissues stuck up your nose?
Person 2: Look, don't judge, I'm just having a nose period.
