This occurs when complete and total idiots try to talk intelligently about a subject they have recently learned about and come off looking even more tarded. Occurs regularly on MSM channels and in libtard circles.

I watched CNN last night and Humpty Dumpth Stelter started tardsplaining the NFL kneeling issue. Sad!
