A word many people do not understand. The word actually means black in a non derogatory way, but when the word traveled over to America people began mispronouncing it and using it as an insult. Thus began the insult version of nigger.

It is a foolish word when used in the wrong sense.

the word nigga was derived from blacks as a way of turning something bad into something positive, however, it is commonly not used in a positive sense at all. When you have people who can't speak english properly and lack sense of having class, calling each other nigga only further sinks down the situation. If a black person wants to be respected, he/she needs to respect themselves first.

I am well aware that the word nigger which is used as both a racial slur and a greeting is quite foolish.
