Firing Blanks

Can be referred to either as bullets which are fired from a weapon, or not having a high enough sperm count to impregnate a female.

... Or male depending on which part of the world you come from.

Soldier1 - Die you enemy people!
Soldier2 - Dude, their still alive!
Soldier1 - I'm firing blanks..
