Ghetto Floss

A piece of string, usually torn off of a piece of clothing, that is used to dislodge bits of food from in between teeth.

Talmadge ripped a piece of ghetto floss off of his sock and flossed the rib out of his fronts before he sucked his teeth at the po-po.
