When the most devastating of unfortunate events is continually inflicted upon you. Usually by something fascistic, mendacious and totally evil and illegitimate. See also Israeling and Israeled.

I really hope they can recover from being Israelied for such a long time.

My whole house stinks after they dug up the road and broke the sewer outside, the whole place has been israelied and I can't live here anymore.
