Someone who stirs shit on purpose, acts ignorant ALL the time, talks extremely loud, and doesn't know when to act like a actual "person." A "nigger" can be any color, but it
is mostly used when talking about a black person. It's a contridicting word.. because a black may say it to a black.. and it's ok and then they go out like little faggets and protest on how it's meant for everyone; it can be any color. They can't kill the word.. or pin-point it with a actual definition.

Black person 1: Yo, you seen Shawn? Dudes a fuckin' nigger.
Black person 2: FOOL, yous a nigger too, I saw you all up
on his girl. Startin' some shit already.
White person 1: Yeah.. He a nigger alright.. and probably
gone kick your mother suckin' ass.
Black person 1: I know he didn't go there.. *Whips out Brass Knuckles
White person 1: *Sprints like a nigger looking for chicken.
