When the labia of a vagina is circumcised. The resulting ball of flesh is then fried together and breaded into a "nugget" of sorts. The resulting nugget is then fed to friends or enemies as a joke.

Sam - "Julia just got her labia circumcised.. she kept the flesh, you know what that means!"
John- "CUNT NUGGET TIME, get the deep frier ready"
Sam- "Let's feed it to Ron!"
