A scurf that forms on the skin especially of the pussy and comes off in small white or grayish scales, sometimes caused by seborrhea, or dried penal and vaginal secretions. Found in old carpet, bedding or even on a person's body (including the mouth region)

While pulling up Kevin's old floors, Brian gagged as he thought of all the pussy dandruff that was still in the carpet.
