Bager is Danish word for baker and is also a Slovenian word for excavator.
The British part can be used as an insult since British people are NOT funny and NOT cool for example a British Bager is a NOT cool baker or a NOT cool excavator

John: "Hey did you here about that guy called British Bager?"
Tim: "Yeah, I heard he's a wanker"
