In many countries of Latin American, green iguanas are nicknamed "gallinas de palo", which means "tree chicken". They are caught or raised and their meat is used for cooking. The taste and feel of the cooked iguana is said to be similar to chicken. In Puerto Rico, local Chinese restaurants have been known to substitute chicken for iguanas without their customers knowledge.
Are those chicken balls, or are those tree chicken balls?
