If someone fuckin’ dips then they’re superior to anyone who don’t even fuckin’ dip. Refers to someone that is either stronger/better than someone else.

Guy 1: Dude! You don’t even fuckin’ dip.
Guy 2: Yeah I do.
Guy 1: No bro you might dip but you don’t even fuckin’ dip.
