Dipstick

a moron's moron who is both stupid and foolish. A dipstick is clumsy, has a large brain which they never ever use. A dipstick can't think and won't think before they do or say anything. A dipstick is always happy doing stupid things and will often believe they are wiser than Richard Dawkins
