A tall, hairy, arabic male who is extremely cheap and has a tendency to flop on their boys. Billy Jumas also tend to have monotone personalities and can often be seen praying on hard surfaces.

Billy Jumas do usually have an affinity for particular zoo animals but are also are often radicalized by foreign leaders who are extremely oppressive to their citizens, so care must be taken when approaching them at all times.
