A step above anal-lility. It is the next step up from being Anal. Being so darn specific, pecular, perfect that most people cannot believe it. Taking the time to fix something that does not necessarily need to be that good leaving your friends shaking their heads in disbelief that anyone can be that particular.

She is so vaginal. She has to make sure every word is spelled right even the notes she leaves herself.

He is being so vaginal, cleaning every nook and cranny on that motorcycle, even the parts you can't see.
