This is a user modification to a radio that makes it so you can jam a police frequency. It's something that mall cop wannabes do to Baofeng walkie talkies, and other ham gear.
Anyone know how to do the MARS/CAP mod for this radio I got on eBay?

Shotgun, slang since a shotgun does shoot BB's like birdshot, buckshot, etc. The use of "BB gun" is not as alarming to people who might overhear the conversation.
