Dong Pounds

A term for bars where people have spiked dog collars, shock collars and leashes on their partners dongs.

Jeffrey: “Dong Pounds in this city are insane. You can even poop and pee on the floor.”
Grant: “Wrigley Field is one of the biggest dong pounds in America!”
