Similar to a Cleveland Steamer, only involving massive amounts of incredibly foul-smelling feces, preferably with visible chunks of food and/or liquid runoff.

Jane was only expecting John to give her a Cleveland Steamer but he surprised her with a Moscow Dump Truck.
