A person with an invisible disability.

Derivation: a combination of the word crip (originally a derogatory epithet now used by some disabled people to describe themselves) and cryptic (hidden or concealed).

Overheard conversation between two wheelchair users: "Don't criticise that guy for taking a handicrap - he's probably a criptic."
