singular for policeman, trigger happy scumbags always prone to abuse their power, famously incompetent and with a penchant for covering their own shenanigans like the glorified mobster militia they are. usually rejects from the military, despised by left and right wingers alike, they are the tool with which governments enforce their role when people don't behave like the drooling consumers they're supposed to be.
