Trani

A term, originaly used as a slur and still typicaly seen as offensive, meaning a transgender indavidual.

Transgender is when somebody's pysical sex does not match their mental and emotional gender:

Man in woman's body or woman in man's body

A trani is not the same as a crossdresser or hermaphrodite

He must shave really well, because you never see him with any stuble on his face.

Dude, that's because he's a trani. he doesn't grow facial hair!
