Fluey is very similar to the word the word Fugazy.

It can be refrenced to looks, Smells or just the way someone acts in general.

EX: A girl acts a certain type of way around certain people. She's Fluey.

EX: Walk into somebody's house and it smells funny. It smells fluey as hell in here.
