The direct result of smoking a marijuana cigarette that uses a rolled up metro ticket (or other material containing a magnetic strip) as its crutch.

Stoner 1: Hey man, last night was crazy... I don't remember anything other than laughing and when we met that guy dressed as a clown in the subway.
Stoner 2: Yeah shit went down... it always does when you get magnetically high....
