Stachybotrys

Stachybotrys is a greenish-black fungus found worldwide that colonizes particularly well in high-cellulose material and cellulose-containing building material such as fiber board, and gypsum board that becomes chronically moist or water damage due to excessive humidity, water leaks, condensation or flooding .

My basement was covered in a black mold called Stachybotrys.

Trench Drain

Modern French Trench drain systems can be made with perforated pipe surrounded by sand or gravel and geotextile or landscaping textile.

The waterproofer used a Trench Drain to solve my problem.
