Red plague

A spread of partisan laws passed by Republicans to limit involment in democracy, spread conspiracy and divide Americans by gender, race, sex, orientation, religion or language.

The red plague spread to Houston when the city was denied FEMA funds from the State of Texas because of the cities voting preferences.
