A remix of whart the fart. Means the same thing as what the barf but you make it rhyme.
Jake: I had a dream last night one of our friends was giving backshots to our other friend.
Lisa: Wharf the barf?
Like peepee and poopoo but it's pepe (like "mama e papa" or "cacio e pepe"). Pee pee and poo poo but the "and" is Italian.

Rob: "pepe e popo"
Peepee and poopoo but the "and" is Italian and the other two are shortened. Can be used in any situation when you don't know what to say.
