Originated slang from a town in the north west of England called Southport (near Liverpool)

The word is typically used to describe a woman’s breasts.

“Laddd! Have you seen the Neds on her!”

Or when walking past a girl/woman with big breasts they would shout “big neds!!!”

“Tom Hayes’ Ma has big neds”
