A generally displeasing and annoying person. Someone who believes they are better than the actually are. They are so unworthy that they don't practice witchcraft in a home, but in a ditch.

Pat needs to get over himself and stop acting like a ditch witch.

Feeling prickly/thorny in general. People better watch out because one wrong comment will get you a grizzly/bitchy reaction.

I am so annoyed about everything. Don't talk to me for the next few hours I am feeling especially barbed today.
