Used by dumb-ass whites at Howard W. Blake high school in referance to "Ghetto" blacks. Used in the same demeaning manner as the N-word.

Those ghettis are always sooo loud.

I saw some ghettis in the hallway skipping class today.

I like black people, I just don't like the ghettis.
