Choongy

A man in possession of a gargantuan package comprising of the testicles, scrotom and the penis. One can usually spot a "Choongy" from quite a fair distance away due to the attractively large and scented bulge in his groinal region.

Charles: "Man, look at that guys' massive Choongy!"

Dominic: "Dang, I'd tap that shizzle"

Charles: "Yeah bro, sometimes I shove tissues down my pants to pretend I have a Choongy"
