1. A bird closely related to the Crow, who mostly feeds on carrion. 2. The Raven usually denotes negative feelings or death in popular culture. 3. The word "Raven" can also be used to describe a person who spends most of his free time doing unproductive things, like playing video games excessively and taking them too seriously, not going anywhere in life, and being a parasite who likes to feed off positive energy. "Raven" type people are usually those who are constantly lurking on the internet, making snide remarks and putting people down as they have nothing better to do with their life. This is probably due to a personal-related issue that person may have. Such as the lack of respect from their parents, a small penis/mammary glands, or a delusional mindset that they are the tragic hero of their own life.
