Someone who levels up faster than most people to the point of almost speedrunning.

Dude 1: I gotta level up to beat that boss dude.
Dude 2: Just do a crapster my guy

Dude 1: How is that guy level 57? Wasn't he level 3 like Yesterday?
Dude 2: Yeah but I think he did a crapster

Staffing

Staffing can be explained as a synonym to "moderating" since it follows the principle of someone who (in the context to this) moderates (or in this situation, someone who staffs) a Discord server.

The word varies from Discord servers as some servers may call their moderators "Guardians", but again, they all folow the same principle of someone who moderates a Discord server.

Example 1:
Guy 1: "How long has that person been moderating for?"
Guy 2: "Never, they've been staffing for a long time though."

Example 2:
Guy 1: "Doesn't it ever get boring to keep moderating here?"
Guy 2: "I'm not moderating, I'm staffing."
