Sigma Male

A term used for someone who is independent, and has a great workout routine, mostly used for males.
In 2021 it became a slang on the internet, especially on TikTok, and nowadays, it's mostly used on the TikTok knockoffs, instagram reels and youtube shorts, and on TikTok as a joke, for men with to much self confidence, or kids, who are trying to keep up, and want to be a Sigma Male like Andrew Tate, or Patrick Bateman.

2021: "Oh my god, look! Simon just dumped the hottest girl in class to focus on his fortnite career! What a Sigma Male!
2022: "I'm such a sigma male, *fart* , that I watched American Psycho 4 times!! Now I'm gonna head to the gym and bench my 4 pound weights! *faaart*"
